At BackRoadsTrail, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with a purchase, we are here to help.

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and original packaging.

For a change-of-mind return, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we cover required return shipping costs.

To start a return, email backroadstrails@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
